This page is for ADKEEL customers and anyone who has granted ad-account access through Meta’s systems. There are 2 ways — use either one, or both.
Method 1 — Tell us directly (the most complete)
Email leng@adkeel.com with the subject “Delete my data” from your registered email address (or message us on LINE: @333fvejf).
On receiving your request, we will:
- Withdraw access to your ad account and delete the stored (encrypted) access grant from our system.
- Delete your agent data, decision records, and customer account details.
- Delete the images, videos and captions generated for you, and our records of the posts published through us.
- Confirm completion by email within 30 days — including copies in backups.
Records the law requires us to keep (e.g. payment evidence for accounting and tax) are kept only as long as the law requires.
About posts already published: posts we published to your Facebook Page or Instagram account, with your approval, belong to your accounts. Deleting your ADKEEL data removes our records of them — it does not remove the posts themselves. Delete those on Facebook or Instagram if you want them gone.
Method 2 — Withdraw access on Meta’s side yourself (cuts access immediately)
- Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select “KEEL Gateway” → Remove.
- Or, if connected through Business Manager: Business settings → Partners → remove the partner.
Withdrawing on Meta’s side cuts access to your account immediately, but records already stored in our system remain — to have those deleted too, use Method 1.

Appendix — advisor notes (NEVER paste these on the website)
- Privacy §4, cross-border basis: Thailand’s PDPC has never published an adequacy list, so the basis claimed is appropriate safeguards (our contracts), with strong local laws as supporting context — NOT an adequacy finding. Interim until PDPA counsel review (ADKEEL-ROADMAP #4).
- Privacy §5, AI providers (added 2026-08-18): Cloudflare · Replicate · Anthropic were missing from the list from the day the media station went live. A claim that these providers do not train on our content was deliberately NOT written — likely true for both API vendors, but their terms have not been read for this purpose. Read them before adding it.
- What changed 2026-08-18 and why: the Round-2 filing requests
pages_manage_posts,instagram_basicandinstagram_content_publish. A policy that never mentioned publishing on a user’s behalf is a documented rejection cause. Publishing, generated content, published post records, and the three AI/storage sub-processors are now all covered.
