1. What the service is
ADKEEL provides an AI assistant (an “agent”, such as Nami) that manages your Meta ad account through a connection with Claude (a service by Anthropic): daily reviews, changes proposed as “cards” for your approval, execution of approved cards only, and a full log of every action.
2. The approval principle — the heart of the system
- No account change and no spending happens without a card you approved — our server enforces this rule; it is not just a promise.
- Every newly created ad is born in a paused state until you say go.
- Daily budget ceilings and action limits are enforced server-side.
- Approving a card is your instruction as the account owner — the business outcome of an approved decision is your responsibility, while we are responsible for executing your cards faithfully and honestly.
3. What you need and must maintain
- Own, or hold proper rights to, the Meta ad account you connect.
- Have your own Claude account (about $20/month, paid directly to Anthropic — not included in our fee).
- Follow Meta’s advertising policies and applicable law — your ad content and pages remain yours.
- Grant account access through the steps we guide you through, and tell us when you want access withdrawn.
4. Fees
- The fee is as agreed at signup (founding price 500–1,000 THB/month), billed monthly.
- Cancel anytime, no lock-in — paid months are not refunded, but service runs to the end of the period.
- Ad spend paid to Meta is yours directly and is separate from our fee.
5. What we do not promise (plainly)
- We do not guarantee advertising results such as sales or cost per result — the market and Meta’s systems are outside anyone’s control. What we guarantee is the discipline: every action approved first, everything on the record.
- Some capabilities depend on what Meta has enabled for your specific account — when we hit a wall, we say plainly what is blocked, whose wall it is, and what we can do instead.
- The service may pause briefly for maintenance or events beyond our control — we notify you when we can.
6. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the most recent 3 months, except where the law does not allow such a cap. We are not liable for Meta’s unilateral decisions, such as account restrictions or ad review outcomes.
7. Cancellation
- You may cancel anytime by email or LINE.
- We may end the service with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of unlawful use or serious breach of these terms.
- After cancellation: we withdraw access to your account and delete data per the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
