Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ADKEEL (adkeel.com) is an AI ad-management assistant service, operated by Kamol Thammasorn Co., Ltd. In this policy, “we” means the ADKEEL service provider and “you” means our customer or a visitor to this site.

We are the “data controller” under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Privacy contact: leng@adkeel.com

2. What we collect

  • Customer account details — name, email, and contact channel (e.g. LINE) you give us at signup.
  • Access to your Meta ad account — granted by you through Meta’s official systems (Business Manager or Meta login). We never see and never store your Facebook password.
  • Campaign data — read through Meta’s official API: campaign names, budgets, status, results, and spend.
  • Decision records — the cards proposed to you, your approve/reject choices, and the executed outcomes. This is the heart of the service — everything is on the record.
  • System audit logs — every read and write through our system is logged for later verification.
  • Basic website cookies — this public website runs on WordPress, hosted by Hostinger. It sets only the essential cookies WordPress needs to work, and records general visit statistics. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on it, and the website holds no campaign or account data.

3. How we use it

  • To run the core service: daily account reviews, card proposals, executing only what you approve, and email reports.
  • To enforce server-side safety rules such as daily budget ceilings and action limits.
  • To improve the service using operational statistics such as card acceptance rates.
  • To contact you about the service and necessary notices.

We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with anyone except as needed to provide the service (section 5).

4. Where it lives, and how it’s protected

  • Your service data is stored on our own servers with an internationally recognized cloud provider in the European Union.
  • Email delivery uses a relay provider located in Canada. Report emails we send you contain your campaign data, so that data passes through Canada in transit.
  • This public website is hosted separately, in Asia (Indonesia), and holds no campaign or account data.
  • Cross-border transfer (PDPA s.28): your data is processed outside Thailand — in the European Union, Canada, and Asia (Indonesia). Our contracts with these providers require them to process your data only on our instructions and to protect it to a standard consistent with this policy. The European Union and Canada also have comprehensive data-protection laws of their own.
  • Your Meta access grant is encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before it reaches the database, is never displayed, and never appears in system logs.
  • All connections use HTTPS, and data is backed up regularly.
  • Your ad money flows directly between you and Meta — it never passes through us, and we store no card or financial details.

5. Who we share with

  • Meta — to read data and execute the cards you approved, through the official API only. Data received from Meta is handled under the Meta Platform Terms.
  • Infrastructure providers, strictly as needed to operate the system:
    • OVH (France / Germany) — server hosting and the database.
    • MailChannels (Canada) — email delivery for the reports we send you.
    • Hostinger — hosting for this public website only.
  • Legal requirements — if lawfully compelled to disclose.

6. How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as you use the service. When you cancel or request deletion, we delete your data following the steps on the Data Deletion page within 30 days, including copies in backups — except records the law requires us to keep (e.g. accounting evidence).

7. Your rights under PDPA

You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or restriction of use of your data. Contact leng@adkeel.com — we respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

8. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be announced on this page with a new effective date.
